A Need for Change

155 North Wacker, a 1.1 million square foot office building managed by The John Buck Company, wanted to refresh their fitness center and develop a new operational model and program to boost tenant engagement throughout their amenity spaces.

They came to lulafit to help oversee the fitness center renovation, take over operations of the fitness center, and deliver holistic well-being programming throughout the building’s amenity spaces.

Working side by side with the building management team and architectural groups, lulafit provided support on facility design and layout, equipment procurement and installation, technology buildout, an operational model for the site, and refreshed amenities and touch points throughout the fitness center. lulafit also developed the re-brand for the site - coming up with the new name, Ignite, the complete brand guidelines, and ensuring that brand elements were uniquely integrated throughout the space.
